Looking to Sell Trees or Logs on Your Property?

You’ve come to the right place!

We just may have an interest in your hardwood assets! With our office located just 5 miles southwest of Akron, we serve the surrounding community within a  50+ mile radius to include market segments in Cleveland, Canton, Medina, Wooster, and Youngstown.

We encourage serious inquiries to contact our office, where calls may be vetted and directed to a company representative who can assess the value and quantity of the timber you are looking to sell or remove. If an agreement is reached, we can come and get the trees or logs and hand you a check for the sum of the agreement.

Our aim is to get you a fair value for your holdings and match your raw wood assets with a near or far neighbor's prospective building interests. Who knows, maybe the trees from your property will one day be incorporated into a beautiful timber frame building near you!

We are not a residential tree care or removal company and thus do not have an interest in every tree or log anyone is looking to sell or have removed. On this same note, it should be stated that tree tops, limbs, leaves, and debris often remain on the property and are the responsibility of the seller (property owner) to manage or dispose of as they see fit.

Often, and with occasional exceptions, we do not consider just one tree or log as the market value is not likely high enough to offset our expenses incurred in obtaining it. Trees or logs that are too small (less than 12 inches in diameter), too large (greater than 40 inches in diameter), or less than 8 feet in length will not be considered. The same is true of trees or logs that exhibit substantial defects such as considerable rot, decay, or hollow cavities.

Tree species we find of particular interest include aspen, oak, cherry, cottonwood, pine, and walnut. Please reach out to us today and give us a call at (234) 718 - 2531, to discuss the potential value of your sawtimber trees or logs. Why let a good log go to waste, or a nice tree be turned into mulch, when a member of our professional team may be able to get dollars into your hands to put it to its good and full potential use?
